Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Einzeo.com. We want you to have a positive shopping experience, but please note that due to the nature of our business, most items are non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (photo evidence required).
  • The wrong item was received (photo evidence required).
  • The order did not arrive within the maximum delivery time (tracking confirmation required).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that match the product description and arrived in good condition cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.

Process for Refunds

  2. Provide order number and photo/video evidence of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
