- Suspension of the account
- Restriction of the business profile
- Removal of submitted content
Einzeo may repeat or update verification checks where reasonably necessary.
8. Meaning of verification
Verification confirms only the particular ownership, contact or control check completed at the time of verification.
A verification badge does not mean that Einzeo guarantees:
- The quality of the business
- The legality of its services
- Its professional competence
- Its licences or insurance
- Its financial condition
- Its reliability
- The accuracy of every profile detail
- Customer satisfaction
Business owners must not describe verification as an official government approval, professional certification or guarantee by Einzeo.
9. No guaranteed publication or placement
Submitting or claiming a business profile does not guarantee:
- Publication
- Immediate approval
- Verification
- A specific category
- A particular ranking
- A featured position

- Permanent availability
Einzeo may review, reject, delay, restrict or remove a submission where reasonably necessary.
Einzeo may also adjust:
- Categories

- Capitalisation
- Spelling
- Layout
- Duplicate information
Such changes may be made to improve consistency, readability, search quality or platform security without changing the essential meaning of the submitted information.
10. Duplicate and incorrect listings
Einzeo may merge, redirect, restrict or remove duplicate business profiles.
If you find a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised profile, you may submit a correction or removal request.
You may be asked to provide evidence showing:
- The correct business identity
- Your relationship to the business
- Which profile is current
- Which information is incorrect
- Whether the business has moved, closed or changed ownership
A request does not automatically guarantee complete removal where lawful public business information may still be displayed.
11. Images and media
Submitted images should accurately represent the business, location, services or products.
You must not upload:
- Misleading images
- Images copied without permission
- Images containing unlawful material
- Images that reveal private information without consent

- Publish private customer information
- Offer undisclosed rewards for removing reviews
- Pressure users to change genuine reviews
- Submit fake positive reviews

You may report reviews that you reasonably believe are fake, unlawful, abusive or unrelated to a genuine experience.
15. Permission to use submitted content
You retain ownership of content that you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Einzeo a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to:
- Store the content
- Reproduce it
- Display it on the website
- Resize or reformat it
- Organise and categorise it
