Einzeo aims to keep business listings, reviews and other published information accurate, lawful and respectful of the rights of others.
You may contact Einzeo if you believe that content published on the website is incorrect, outdated, unlawful or infringes your rights.
1. What can you report?
You may submit a report concerning:
- Incorrect or outdated business information
- An incorrect address, telephone number, website or opening time
- A business that has permanently closed or moved
- Personal information published without permission
- A listing that falsely represents you or your business
- Impersonation of a person, business or organisation
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Images, logos or text used without permission
- Fake, manipulated or misleading reviews
- Reviews that are unrelated to a genuine customer experience
- Threatening, abusive, discriminatory or harassing content

- Fraudulent or deceptive information
- Content that violates applicable law or the Einzeo Terms of Use
- Any other content that may infringe your legal rights
For simple corrections, such as updated opening hours or a changed telephone number, please clearly provide the correct information.
2. Information to include
To help us review your request, please include:
- The exact URL of the page concerned
- The name of the business or profile
- The specific text, image, review or information you are reporting
- A clear explanation of why you believe the content is incorrect or unlawful
- The action you are requesting, such as correction, restriction or removal
- Your full name
- A reliable email address where we can contact you
Where relevant, you may also need to provide evidence showing:
- Your identity
- Ownership or management of the business
- Authorisation to act for another person or organisation
- Ownership of copyrighted or trademarked material
- Why the published information is inaccurate
- Why the content violates your legal rights
Please send only the information reasonably necessary to review your request.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unrelated confidential documents.
3. Business listing corrections
Business owners, authorised representatives and users may report incorrect or outdated listing information.
Where possible, please provide the correct details together with a reliable source, such as:
- The official business website
- A public business profile
- A recent official document
- A photograph showing the current business information
- Another reliable source that supports the requested change
Einzeo may correct information without removing the entire business profile when the issue can be resolved through an update.
4. Requests from business owners
If you own or manage a listed business, you may request to:
- Correct listing information
- Update contact details or opening hours
- Replace outdated images
- Claim or verify the business profile
- Report an unauthorised claim
- Remove personal contact information
- Report a duplicate listing
- Request review of the publication of the profile
A request from a business owner does not automatically guarantee removal of all publicly available business information.
Einzeo may retain or publish lawful business information where there is a legitimate directory and public-information purpose, subject to applicable law and individual rights.
5. Review complaints
You may report a review that you believe is fake, abusive, irrelevant or unlawful.
A disagreement with a negative opinion is not, by itself, sufficient reason for removal.
When reporting a review, explain as specifically as possible:
- Why you believe the reviewer did not have a genuine experience
- Which factual statements you believe are false
- Whether the review concerns the wrong business
- Whether it contains personal, confidential or unlawful information
- Whether the reviewer requested money, benefits or another incentive
- Whether the review violates a court order or legal right
Einzeo may ask the reviewer for additional information about their experience.
The identity of a reviewer will not automatically be disclosed to a business or other user.
6. Copyright and trademark reports
If you believe that content on Einzeo infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please include:
- Identification of the protected work, name, logo or trademark
- The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content
- An explanation of your ownership or legal authority
- A description of how the content infringes your rights
- Your requested outcome
- Supporting evidence where reasonably available
You must submit such reports honestly and in good faith.
A knowingly false claim may affect the rights of other users and may have legal consequences.
7. Personal information and privacy requests
You may request review of personal information that has been published without your permission or that creates an unreasonable privacy risk.
Please identify the exact information and explain why it should be corrected, restricted or removed.
Depending on the circumstances, Einzeo may consider factors such as:
- Whether the information is already publicly available
- Whether it relates to a business or professional activity
- Whether publication serves a legitimate public-information purpose
- Whether the information creates a privacy, safety or identity risk
- Whether the information is inaccurate or outdated
- Whether removal is required by applicable law
Privacy requests concerning personal data may also be made under the rights described in the Einzeo Privacy Policy.
8. What happens after you submit a report?
After receiving a sufficiently detailed report, Einzeo may:
- Confirm receipt of the request
- Review the relevant page and available information
- Ask you for further evidence or clarification
- Contact the person or business that submitted the content
- Contact the listed business or reviewer
- Temporarily restrict the visibility of content
- Preserve relevant records for security or legal purposes
- Correct, restrict or remove content
- Reject the request where there is insufficient evidence or no violation is found
Einzeo aims to assess reports fairly and according to the available information.
Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate correction or removal.
Complex disputes, identity claims and legal complaints may require additional evidence and further review.
9. False or abusive reports
You must not use the reporting process to:
- Harass another person or business
- Remove legitimate criticism
- Submit knowingly false allegations
- Impersonate a rights holder
- Manipulate business rankings or reviews
- Repeatedly submit the same unsupported complaint
- Pressure Einzeo in connection with an unrelated dispute
False, deceptive or abusive reports may be rejected. Accounts involved in repeated misuse may be restricted or suspended.
10. Urgent situations
Einzeo is not an emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
If you believe there is:
- An immediate danger to a person
- A medical emergency
- An ongoing crime
- A serious threat
- Fraud requiring urgent intervention
- Another situation requiring immediate official assistance
contact the appropriate emergency service, police or competent authority directly.
